The manager of vehicle-mounted mobile elevating work platform is responsible for training and supervising the operators, or proving the training of operators in line with the standard.
At present, the Construction Machinery Vocational Education Committee, China Construction Machinery Education Association is the unique authority for recognition of vehicle-mounted mobile elevating work platform operation qualification. China Construction Machinery Education Association is affiliated under the Ministry of Housing and Urban - Rural Construction.
