Xuzhou Handler Special Vehicle Company Ltd. (Headquarters) is a national high-tech enterprise located in Xuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, a state-level economic and technological development zone. It specializes in the research & development, production and sales of vehicle-mounted mobile elevating work platforms and electric power supporting vehicles. In 2016, it sold 1,312 vehicles in all kinds (including 1,162 vehicle-mounted mobile elevating work platforms, market share of 40%), and earned the sales revenue of RMB 740 million (including RMB 63 million from sale of vehicle-mounted mobile elevating work platforms, the market share of 60%), ranked first in the domestic vehicle-mounted mobile elevating work platform industry. Now, it has the most complete vehicle-mounted mobile elevating work platform product line and the highest technology level in China.

Shanghai GrumMan International Fire Equipment CO., LTD., located in Shanghai Songjiang Economic and Technological Development Zone, is a national high-tech enterprise that specializes in the research & development, production and sales of fire engines. Shanghai GrumMan was established through repeated reorganization of Shanghai Huaxia Aurora Fire Vehicle Factory (founded in 1917) and Shanghai Fire Equipment Factory (founded in 1918), and was incorporated into Handler in 2012. Shanghai GrumMan is an equipment manufacturer under the General Armaments Department, with military products sales revenue accounting for 40% of total sales revenue; and also a provider of whole series civil fire-fighting equipment, with urban batter fire engine, elevated fine engine, elevated platform and fire robot as competitive products.

Shenzhen Giant Albert Technology Co., Ltd., located in Bao'an District, Shenzhen City, is a national high-tech enterprise dedicated to LED intelligent power and control system, and incorporated into the Handler in 2014. As the domestic industry leader in LED ultra-thin power supply and current-sharing power supply, the Giant Albert has exported its products to Russia, India, Turkey and other overseas markets. The series LED real-time control IC and integrated control card developed by it will enjoy the technical and cost advantages in a certain period of time in the future.

Shenzhen Lianshuo Automation Technology Co., Ltd., situated in Bao'an District, Shenzhen City, is a national high-tech enterprise committed to the consumable products intelligent equipment manufacturing and services to provide customers with world-class intelligent manufacturing solutions and services. It joined the Handler in 2015. Its intelligent integration business division is mainly engaged in industrial robots integration, intelligent visual inspection automation equipment (AOI II & AOI III), LED lighting product automation production line, food packaging automation production line, 3C precision module assembly automation production line, and metal polishing grinding robot production line; the education business division specializes in industrial robot design and application training services. By relying on the strategic cooperation with domestic and foreign robot manufacturers, and alliance with excellent system integrators, universities, enterprises, the whole industrial chain of talent, intelligent manufacturing solutions and the full range of equipment services are provided on the basis of school-enterprise cooperation, training base and employment services.
