After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a second email and SMS containing your tracking information.

Free Returns and Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund (Returns must be in the state you received them, and in the original packaging) or receive another accessory of your choice that will be shipped to you free of charge. within
Full refunds are given as long as a return request is communicated in under 3 months after the order if the product is claimed not received or 10 days of receiving the order. Free exchanges are given as long as a return request is communicated in under 15 days of receiving the order.
Note that all seasonal items are final sale.

Easy Return and Exchange Process:
- Email customer care at support@decorglee.com. If you would like a refund, request a return package that includes instructions and a return shipping label. If you would like to make an exchange, request an exchange package.
- Ship your return, including our filled-out return form.
- When we receive your return, it will be processed in under 24 hours. Once it is processed, your full refund will be given. Please note that refunds can take up to 3 business days to be returned to your account. If you're requesting an exchange, the merchandise you requested in your exchange form will be shipped immediately once your return is accepted, granted that they're in stock.
